Returns Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase from Easton3D. If you have any issues with your order, please contact us and we’ll do our best to help.

Returns for Physical Products

If you change your mind about a physical item, you can return it within 14 days of receiving it, as long as it is:

  • unused

  • in its original condition

  • in its original packaging

Once we receive the item back, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.

Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the issue. We will offer upon return:

  • a replacement, or

  • a full refund

depending on your preference.

3D Printed Items

3D printed items are made to order. We accept returns if:

  • the item is faulty

  • the item arrives damaged

  • we have made an error

We cannot accept returns for:

  • change of mind

  • incorrect colour choice

  • incorrect size provided by the customer

Custom or Personalised Items

Custom prints, bespoke designs, and personalised items are non‑refundable, unless they arrive damaged or faulty.

This includes:

  • custom measurements

  • custom models

  • modified STL files

  • bespoke 3D printed parts

Digital Products (STL Files)

All digital downloads (STL files) are non‑refundable once the file has been downloaded.

If you experience an issue with a file, please contact us and we will help resolve it.

How to Start a Return

To arrange a return, contact us at: info@easton3d.com

Please include:

  • your order number

  • the item you want to return

  • the reason for the return

  • photos if the item is damaged or faulty

We will reply with the return address and next steps.

Refund Processing Time

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are usually processed within 3–5 working days.

Customer is responsible for the cost of most returns
