Digital portraits are usually emailed within 48 hours of your order.

Craftsmanship & Materials

Your chosen photo is carefully transformed into a vibrant, full‑colour digital artwork. Because each portrait is individually personalised, this is not an instant download — every image is crafted by hand to ensure the best possible result.

We can work with old photos, screenshots, scanned images, or photos with background objects or people. If we cannot complete the portrait using the images provided, you will receive a full refund.

For best results, we prefer your pet to be sitting, but as long as the upper body is clearly visible, we can work with it. Both example portraits shown were created from 8–20‑year‑old photos, including one taken from a phone screenshot with icons covering part of the image — demonstrating how flexible our process is.
